On Friday 11th October the Lions Club of Mombasa Bahari held a Service Activity at Olives Rehabilitation Centre Primary School in Bombolulu, Mombasa. During the activity the club donated various stationery items worth KSH15,000/=.
The school caters for a total of 500 children ranging from pre-school to upper primary school children.
Club President Lion Rashida told the children to work hard and the important of education for a brighter future. Lion Rashida also told the children and teachers that the club was very happy to have had such a warm and friendly greeting from the school children with songs, laughter, plays and cheer that the club will pay a visit to the school again in the near future.
